To set up and maintain your store, your web browser needs to allow cookies and have JavaScript enabled. Please follow the instructions below, STEP BY STEP, to make sure that cookie and JavaScript are enabled on your browser. You may want to print this instructions for easy following.
  1. On your Internet Explorer browser click on the Tools menu
  2. Click Internet Options
  3. Click the Security tab on top of the pop up window
  4. Click on Trusted sites
  5. Click the Sites... push button
  6. Make sure the "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone" is NOT checked
  7. Enter http://www.herbalcoach.com on the "Add this Web site to the Zone:" field
  8. Click the Add push button
  9. Click the OK push button
  10. Click the Default Level push button if it is not grayed out
  11. Move the slider to the Low position
  12. Click on the Privacy tab on top of the pop up window
  13. Click the Edit... push button on the lower part of the window
  14. Enter http://www.herbalcoach.com on the "Address of Web site:" field
  15. Click the Allow push button
  16. Click the OK push button on the bottom of the page
  17. Click the Apply push button on the lower right corner of the screen
  18. Click the OK push button
  19. Close all open browser windows and re-start your browser
  20. Go to http://www.herbalcoach.com to set up your store
